Cheryl & her daughter Carrie are very compassionate people, they are very good to their dogs and
puppies and are cautious about releasing their puppies;  they want to make sure they are going to be
loved by the new parents as much as they love them.

When a breeder offers a two (2) year guarantee on their puppies, you can trust they take good care
of the puppies parents also.

My pom. Kali died suddenly on 12.19.07 her birthday was yesterday, 01-15-08, she would have turned 11 yrs. old.  Poms can  live 16 -19 yrs.

I found out she ate some tainted food from a sample that was given to me, by a groomer, just to try out. I didn't know at the time Kali died and I had thrown the little bag out so I can't do anything about it now.

I was very lucky to have found such wonderful  caring people, and my Lexie is the most lovable, cuddly smart puppy, just like my Kali;  she sits on command, & when we go for a walk she  heals on command; also I paper trained her in a short few days. Lexie is very smart!!!!

I picked her up from the airport 12.29.07.  Lexie turned 4 months old 01.03.08
You can't go wrong with any puppy from Cheryl & Carrie, they love their animals.

HAVE FUN WITH YOUR NEW PUPPY!!!!

Sincerely,

Evelyn
I just got my puppy on Saturday, so I can’t tell you anything long term. However, I can say that so far my experience has been only positive.  I talked with both Cheryl and Carrie. I think they are Mother and daughter, but I am not sure.  Anyway, I e-mailed and talked with them on the phone several times before I bought Bijou (her name means ‘Jewel’ or ‘Little Darling’).  They were extremely helpful and patient with all my questions. You will probably not have as many questions because you have owned a Pom puppy before, but this is my first time with a Pom. I have had dogs all my life, just not one so small and delicate.

Everything went really well with getting Bijou to me. I live in California so she was shipped to me last Saturday. I was very impressed with how well they had set everything up for her to travel.  I’m sure it was pretty traumatic for her to suddenly be exposed to so many different sounds and smells, but they made it as comfortable and safe for her as they could.  They had frozen sugar water for her just in case of Hypoglycemia (which you know can be a problem for Poms that are put under a lot of stress).  They had checked Bijou and didn’t expect this to be a problem, but it was a good precaution.  They had attached small bowls to the crate for food and water and there were plenty of torn newspapers so she arrived clean and dry.

Bijou has settled right into our home. She seems to take most things without showing any signs of stress. She shakes a little when she first is carried into somewhere new, but then settles down and starts playing.  She lets anyone hold her without showing any stress.  Carrie had told me that she was around a lot of people because Carrie owns two Hotels.  I think that did a lot to help Bijou not to be overwhelmed by new things.  By the time we got home, she was kissing us and playing with us as if she had been with us forever.

As far as health goes, I took Bijou to our vet first thing Monday morning and she was given a clean bill of health.  She had no flees, had already had two rounds of puppy vaccinations and showed no other signs of problems. I will have her microchipped, but not until she is a bigger. It would be too painful now.

All in all, I could not be more pleased.  Feel free to contact me again if you have any other questions.

                                                          Sincerely,

        Helen
